Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM67 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,748 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM67-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, NINL, and HSF4. Each is linked with TRIM67 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM67-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM67 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM67 versus UPB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM67→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
