TRIM67

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM67 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM67-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, GAPDH, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with TRIM67 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM67-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TRIM67-low versus TRIM67-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM67→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
