Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,791 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM67-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, ATP metabolic process, and Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with TRIM67 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM67-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM67 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by TRIM67-low versus TRIM67-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
