TRIM67

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM67 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 255 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM67-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC195, PRAMEF33, and MOV10. Each is linked with TRIM67 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM67-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC195 grouped by TRIM67-low versus TRIM67-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM67→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
