TRIM63

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,531 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM63-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOE, KLHL6, and COL25A1. Each is linked with TRIM63 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM63-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM63 versus APOE in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM63→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
