TRIM62

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,336 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM62-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR4, ZBTB40, and KPNA6. Each is linked with TRIM62 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM62-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM62 versus UBR4 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM62→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
