Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,843 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM62-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG9_S251, STAG2, and RBBP4. Each is linked with TRIM62 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM62-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM62 versus SPAG9_S251 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM62→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
