Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM62 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,101 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM62-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ4, ZBTB6, and SMIM15. Each is linked with TRIM62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM62-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM62 results are reported.
