TRIM61

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,510 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, DAB2, and LGALS1. Each is linked with TRIM61 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM61-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM61 versus MSN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM61→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
