Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM61 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM61 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TRIM61 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM61 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ACC show a favorable association.

LUSC, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where TRIM61 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
