Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM61 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM61-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C72P, RNA5SP492, and MIR6804. Each is linked with TRIM61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM61-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM61 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C72P grouped by TRIM61-low versus TRIM61-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM61→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
