The most reproducible TRIM61-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Cardiac muscle tissue regeneration, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone. Each is linked with TRIM61 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM61-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM61 results are reported.
