The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRIM6-TRIM34 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM6-TRIM34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where TRIM6-TRIM34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
