TRIM58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPING1, SERPINA7, and C2. Each is linked with TRIM58 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM58-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM58 versus SERPING1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM58→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
