TRIM58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM58 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM58-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with TRIM58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM58-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TRIM58-low versus TRIM58-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM58→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
