TRIM58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM58-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6F1, SLC8A3, and SYT10. Each is linked with TRIM58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM58-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6F1 grouped by TRIM58-low versus TRIM58-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM58→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
