TRIM56

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM56 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM56-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, NECAP1, and RRBP1_T275. Each is linked with TRIM56 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM56-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM56 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM56 versus MEPCE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM56→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
