Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM56 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,813 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM56-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMC10, PSMC2, and FAM185A. Each is linked with TRIM56 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM56-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM56 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM56 versus ARMC10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM56→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
