Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM56 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,093 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM56-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM56_S475, PARP12, and DNAJC2. Each is linked with TRIM56 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM56-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM56 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM56 versus TRIM56_S475 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM56→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
