TRIM56

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM56 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM56-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B4, GSC2, and CT47A6. Each is linked with TRIM56 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM56-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM56 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B4 grouped by TRIM56-low versus TRIM56-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM56→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
