TRIM55

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,189 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM55-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPB8, DNAI4, and KCNAB1. Each is linked with TRIM55 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM55-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM55 versus HSPB8 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
