TRIM55

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,345 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBL3, NAT10, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with TRIM55 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM55-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM55 versus TBL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
