TRIM55

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM55 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM55-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12, 5-Fluorouracil, and BPTES. Each is linked with TRIM55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM55-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12 grouped by TRIM55-low versus TRIM55-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
