Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM53CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM53CP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TRIM53CP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM53CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and PAAD are the cancer types where TRIM53CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
