Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM51CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM51CP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TRIM51CP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM51CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and STAD show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and KIRP are the cancer types where TRIM51CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
