TRIM50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,448 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM50-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL6IP1P3, RN7SKP221, and AQP7P3. Each is linked with TRIM50 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM50-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL6IP1P3 grouped by TRIM50-low versus TRIM50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM50→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
