Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM49B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM49B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCC, PCNT, and LILRB2. Each is linked with TRIM49B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM49B-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM49B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCC grouped by TRIM49B-low versus TRIM49B-high in PANCREAS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM49B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM49B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
