Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,381 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Respiratory chain complex IV assembly, Protein-DNA complex assembly, and Protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with TRIM49 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM49-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM49 results are reported.
