TRIM48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM48-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFC1, GOT1, and MYO19. Each is linked with TRIM48 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM48-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIFC1 grouped by TRIM48-low versus TRIM48-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM48→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
