TRIM46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,675 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRABP2, CD2AP, and PLOD1. Each is linked with TRIM46 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM46-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM46 versus CRABP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
