Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM46 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,745 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR81, CTNS, and PRKG2. Each is linked with TRIM46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM46-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM46 results are reported.
