Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBP, VPS18, and RNA5SP458. Each is linked with TRIM46 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM46-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBP grouped by TRIM46-low versus TRIM46-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
