TRIM46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM46 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Annexin_VII, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with TRIM46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM46-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by TRIM46-low versus TRIM46-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
