TRIM46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,633 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K12, SLC9A5, and BRSK1. Each is linked with TRIM46 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM46-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM46 versus MAP3K12 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
