TRIM46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, WRAP73, and LCT. Each is linked with TRIM46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM46-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by TRIM46-low versus TRIM46-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
