TRIM45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,625 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM33, PNN, and PRCC. Each is linked with TRIM45 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM45-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM45 versus TRIM33 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM45→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
