Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM45-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT16, PRPS2, and SYTL4. Each is linked with TRIM45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM45-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM45 versus GALNT16 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM45→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
