Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM45-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, RNA5SP372, and CCL5. Each is linked with TRIM45 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM45-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P21 grouped by TRIM45-low versus TRIM45-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM45→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
