Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM45 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM45-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with TRIM45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM45-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM45 results are reported.
