Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,605 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with TRIM45 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM45-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM45 results are reported.
