TRIM45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM45-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP4A, MT4, and TKTL2. Each is linked with TRIM45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM45-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP4A grouped by TRIM45-low versus TRIM45-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM45→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
