Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,119 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are FJX1, NECTIN4, and GGT6. Each is linked with TRIM44 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM44-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM44 versus FJX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
