The most reproducible TRIM43B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial membrane organization, Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with TRIM43B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM43B-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM43B results are reported.
