TRIM43B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM43B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,957 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM43B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial membrane organization, Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with TRIM43B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM43B-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM43B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial membrane organization grouped by TRIM43B-low versus TRIM43B-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM43B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM43B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
