Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM43B RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM43B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TRIM43B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM43B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
COAD, GBM, and CESC are the cancer types where TRIM43B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
