TRIM39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,078 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM39-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, LEMD2, and CMTR1. Each is linked with TRIM39 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM39-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
