TRIM39-RPP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM39-RPP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,262 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM39-RPP21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, Mitotic DNA replication, and Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation. Each is linked with TRIM39-RPP21 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM39-RPP21-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM39-RPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM39-RPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM39-RPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
