TRIM38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM38-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf64, CENPN, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with TRIM38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM38-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf64 grouped by TRIM38-low versus TRIM38-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
