Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM37 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM37 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRIM37 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
CESC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRIM37 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
