Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, UBE2O, and TLK2. Each is linked with TRIM37 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM37-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM37 versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
