TRIM37

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,385 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM37-associated genes across cancer lineages are APPBP2, COIL, and SMG8. Each is linked with TRIM37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM37-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM37 versus APPBP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
